The Nail Technician provides a superior level of manicure and pedicure services to Four Seasons guests. Responds to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort.
What you will do
Provide a superior level of manicure and pedicure services.
Handle guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints and assist guests in all inquiries in connection with the spa and fitness center.
Upsell and create added value to our guest by staying current with both service and product offerings and to promote treatments and products by thorough knowledge of their health benefits.
Achieve monthly retail sales goals.
Keep all departmental areas neat and clean including treatment rooms and prep area.
Operate, utilize and clean all equipment in the nail treatment room according to hotel and/or state board requirements including but not limited to: Manicure Table, Pedicure Chair, Nail Dryer, Towel Warmer, Paraffin Baths (Hands/Feet), Cuticle Nippers, Pushers, Etc., Nail Clippers, buffers, Files, Autoclave Audio Equipment
What you bring
Average reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
Licensed Nail Technician with minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in luxury environment.

Schedule & Hours:
This is a full-time position.
Candidate is expected to work a flexible schedule, including day shifts, evening shifts, weekends and holidays.
