Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of your department. You will ensure that sales targets are achieved, customer service is delivered to the highest standard, and your team remains motivated and engaged, creating a positive shopping experience for every customer.

• 40 hours per week

• Monday to Sunday

• Full flexibility required

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure and provide an excellent level of customer service in the store.

• Ensure the team has strong product knowledge and is aware of key performance indicators.

• Be familiar with and promote services according to customers' needs to maximise sales.

• Organise and distribute tasks and responsibilities across the team.

• Ensure sales targets are implemented, achieved and exceeded.

• Prioritise customer service above all other tasks.

• Communicate effectively with the team and share any information that may impact sales.

• Coach and support each team member in their training and development, leading by example.
