We're always looking to connect with talented Floor Managers for future opportunities across our London stores.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of your department. You will ensure that sales targets are achieved, customer service is delivered to the highest standard, and your team remains motivated and engaged, creating a positive shopping experience for every customer.
40 hours per week
Monday to Sunday
Full flexibility required
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure and provide an excellent level of customer service in the store.
Ensure the team has strong product knowledge and is aware of key performance indicators.
Be familiar with and promote services according to customers' needs to maximise sales.
Organise and distribute tasks and responsibilities across the team.
Ensure sales targets are implemented, achieved and exceeded.
Prioritise customer service above all other tasks.
Communicate effectively with the team and share any information that may impact sales.
Coach and support each team member in their training and development, leading by example.
ABOUT YOU:
We're looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic retail leader with experience managing teams in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.
You are passionate about people, commercially driven and thrive in a customer-focused environment. You know how to motivate and develop your team, communicate effectively at all levels and adapt quickly to changing priorities. You lead by example and are committed to delivering excellent results while creating a positive working environment.
