Responsible for DCOM marketing planning and execution for MW Ali Flagship stores business (overall coordination and management of 6 stores). Accountable for sales growth, marketing efficiency, and category performance on the assigned platforms.

• Manage marketing resource investment on the assigned platforms, including on-site media spending, platform campaign participation, new product launch marketing, key shopping festivals, and daily promotional activities, with the goal of improving brand exposure, traffic conversion, and sales output.

• Develop and implement product strategies for the assigned platforms, including product portfolio planning, co-pack development, key SKU management, hero product bundle strategies, price, band planning, and channel-specific assortment optimization.

• Responsible for CPD budget planning, tracking, and reimbursement management, including samples, premium, and logistic cost, ensuring compliant and effective use of resources to support business objectives.

• Maintain strong communication with customers and platform stakeholders, including Ali  marketing teams, platform buyers/operators, and the cell team/content team / media team, in order to secure platform resources, brand support, and campaign opportunities.

• Manage and coordinate distributors and service providers to ensure stable execution of daily store operations, campaign implementation, product listing, page optimization, inventory coordination, and after-sales support.

• Track platform sales, traffic, conversion, marketing spending, and competitor performance; regularly provide business analysis and marketing reviews to optimize media investment, campaign planning, and product mix.

• Work closely with internal teams, including sales, supply chain, brand marketing, and finance, to drive annual and monthly business plans, marketing budgets, key product launches, and major promotional campaigns, ensuring achievement of business targets.
