About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Motion Designer to create high-quality video and motion creative across our paid advertising and marketing channels.

You will work closely with Creative and User Acquisition to turn concepts, scripts and performance insights into engaging video assets designed to capture attention and drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create motion graphics, animations and video ads for paid social, display, app acquisition and other digital channels.
• Turn creative briefs, scripts and storyboards into polished performance marketing assets.
• Adapt and iterate existing creatives into new hooks, formats, lengths and variations for testing.
• Edit video, UGC and other source material into compelling advertising content.
• Work closely with UA to develop and iterate creatives based on performance insights.
• Produce assets across multiple formats and placements including Meta, TikTok, YouTube and app advertising.
• Ensure creative follows Betty's visual identity, platform requirements and Compliance guidelines.
• Stay up to date with new motion design trends, formats and creative tools.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in motion design, video editing or a similar creative role.
• Strong skills in motion graphics, animation and video editing.
• Strong proficiency with tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Good understanding of pacing, typography, composition and storytelling for short-form video.
• Ability to create multiple creative variations quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, marketers and performance teams.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Nice to Have:

• Experience creating performance advertising or paid social creative.
• Experience in gaming, iGaming, mobile apps or another digital consumer business.
• Experience with AI-assisted creative and video-generation tools.
• Basic 3D animation skills.
