What You Will Do:
The Project Management Consultant will be responsible for supporting engagements in the Military Health System (MHS) and assisting with senior-level decision making processes. The consultant will also support business development, internal firm initiatives, and ongoing professional development.
Support the development of work products and deliverables for client Leadership.
Take detailed minutes notes during client leadership meetings and manage due outs; follow-up with stakeholders, as needed.
Coordinate and support in-person client meetings in Falls Church, VA.
Manage recurring tasks.
Develop slide decks / presentations and Memorandums to/from Senior Leaders.
Develop weekly and monthly reports/deliverables to show progress, as well as document lessons learned.
What You Will Need:
Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in English, Communications, Business, Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
Minimum ONE (1) year of administrative related experience
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Program management and/or management consulting experience.
Interest in federal healthcare administration.
Knowledge of the use of Microsoft Office Products and related applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to present to executive leadership.
Ability to quickly understand topics that are new or unfamiliar and develop clear notes in various minute formats.
Ability to handle demanding situations with clarity, focus and professionalism, and respond quickly to quick turnaround taskers.
Ability to organize, perform, and track multiple tasks accurately in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
Ability to manage deadlines and recurring deliverables.
