Military Certified Operator

The Military Certified Operator Grade 4 designation is awarded only after the employee completes all required training, undergoes a monthly review, and demonstrates an acceptable level of position-specific performance standards.

The Military Certified Operator role begins with a trial period designed to allow the operator to become acclimated to the significantly longer cycle time and to confirm that it aligns with their expectations. During this trial period, the requirements associated with the higher certification level is also evaluated.

The Grade 4 designation is awarded only after the employee has completed all required training, participated in monthly reviews, and consistently demonstrated acceptable performance against position-specific standards.
