Where We Need You
Protiviti is looking for a Technology Consulting Senior Consultant to join our growing Microsoft Dynamics 365 team.
What You Can Expect
As a Senior Consultant, you will be a mentor, trainer, and coach to Interns and Consultants as you facilitate the successful completion of project work plans. You’ll identify areas of risk and opportunities to increase efficiency. You’ll strengthen relationships and deepen your abilities to communicate, gain trust, and network with client personnel and professional associates. At the direction of Managers, you may accept responsibility for decision-making in areas including establishing project scope and work plans, project staffing, preparation of deliverables, and application of methodologies.

You have an understanding of Information Architecture, taxonomy, and knowledge management disciplines.
You have interest in demonstrating an ability to stay current with Application Architecture best practices, existing and emerging technology platforms, architectural and systems engineering industry trends.
You are passionate about building relationships with clients and providing clients with exceptional experiences.

You have interest in working with a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries.
Do Your Talents Include A Few of the Following?
Experience in delivering business solutions on Microsoft 365 with expertise related to Teams, Exchange, OneDrive and SharePoint Online.
Experience with the Power Platform, specifically: PowerApps Portal, Power Automate and Apps, and Power BI reports implementations.
Experience with the Security & Compliance applications, specifically: Purview, Defender, Intune, and Entra.
Experience working with and presenting to clients with excellent written and verbal communications, with technical and non-technical personnel.
Working knowledge of Collaboration, Portals, Enterprise Search, Social Networking, Enterprise Content Management and/or Business Process and Forms.
Experience with the some of the following MSFT technologies:
.NET Framework / C# / SharePoint Server Side Object Model.
HTML5, CSS, JQuery and PowerShell.
JavaScript Client-Side Object Model (JSOM).
Azure
Experience with implementation concepts (requirements management, development methodologies, testing and documentation of business processes) and in moving from solution envisioning to implementation to rollout.
Working knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack.
Your Educational and Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (e.g. MIS, Engineering, Computer Science or related technical degree) preferred.
2+ years of experience designing, building and deploying enterprise solutions with Microsoft technologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.
- Professional Certification such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
Our Hybrid Workplace
Protiviti practices a hybrid model, which is a combination of working in person with a purpose and working remotely. This model creates meaningful experiences for our people and our clients while offering a flexible environment. The ratio of remote to in-person requirements vary by client, project, team, and other business factors. Our people work both in-person in local Protiviti offices and on client sites, which can include local or out-of-state travel based on our projects and client requests and commitments.
Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.
$103,000.00 - $156,000.00Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.
10%The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job.
$113,300.00 - $171,600.00Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverages, FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave up to 10 weeks, and short/long term disability. We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. Protiviti also recognizes up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year.
