About the Role

Our client is looking for a high-performing, creative, and data-driven Meta Ads Media Buyer to manage and optimize advertising campaigns for U.S.-based home services businesses.

This role goes beyond traditional media buying. We're looking for someone who understands the relationship between campaign performance and creative quality—someone who can analyze competitor ads, identify winning angles, create compelling static ad creatives, and use AI tools to develop and test new ideas without sacrificing quality.

You'll independently manage a portfolio of 10+ client accounts, using creative thinking and performance data to drive better lead-generation results. This is primarily an internal role with very limited direct client communication.

What You'll Do

Meta Ads Management & Optimization

• Manage, monitor, and optimize 10+ Meta Ads accounts across Facebook and Instagram.
• Build and optimize lead-generation campaigns for U.S. home services businesses.
• Analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions to improve cost per lead and lead quality.
• Continuously test new audiences, messaging, offers, and creative variations.

Creative Strategy & Production

• Develop compelling ad concepts, hooks, messaging, and visual angles tailored to home services audiences.
• Create high-quality static image ads and produce creative variations using AI-powered tools.
• Use AI to accelerate creative production while applying strong design judgment and refining outputs to meet professional advertising standards.
• Identify what makes an ad effective and translate those insights into new creative concepts.
• Avoid generic, repetitive, or low-quality AI-generated content.

Competitor Research & Analysis

• Research competitor advertising to identify winning creative patterns, offers, messaging, and visual styles.
• Use competitor insights to develop differentiated concepts and new testing opportunities.
• Evaluate creative-level performance data to understand what's working, what's not, and what to test next.

Internal Collaboration

• Work with the internal team to share insights, creative concepts, and campaign learnings.
• Participate in occasional onboarding or internal discussions as needed.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing multiple Meta Ads accounts, ideally 10+ simultaneously.
• Strong experience running lead-generation campaigns, preferably for U.S. home services businesses such as HVAC, roofing, plumbing, pest control, or landscaping.
• Excellent creative instincts and a strong understanding of direct-response advertising.
• Hands-on experience creating static ad creatives and using AI tools for creative generation.
• Strong competitor research, analytical, and campaign optimization skills.
• The ability to connect creative decisions to measurable campaign performance.
• A proactive, independent mindset with strong ownership and attention to detail.

Tools & Technology

Experience with Meta Ads Manager and AI-powered creative tools such as Atrio, HeyGen, Claude, or comparable platforms. Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools.

We're tool-agnostic and value the ability to learn new tools quickly.

• Effectively managing 10+ accounts while maintaining campaign quality.
• Producing compelling, high-quality ad creatives that stand out from generic AI-generated content.
• Turning competitor research and performance data into actionable creative strategies.
• Continuously testing, learning, and improving campaign results.

Important: This role is best suited to a performance-focused media buyer with strong creative capabilities—not a generalist digital marketer or an e-commerce-only specialist.

• Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
• Payments: All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you. 
• Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
