Join our Bunbury Member Service Centre on the 11th November as a Member Solutions Consultant and be among the first point of contact, both face to face and over the telephone for more than 1.3 million members.  

About the role

• Grow your knowledge of RAC products and services through comprehensive, full-time training and ongoing development
• Be the first point of contact face to face and over the telephone, providing support, guidance and reassurance. 
• Confidently navigate multiple systems while delivering engaging, high-quality conversations with members. 
• Understand individual needs and offer tailored solutions 
• Work alongside a supportive, motivated team that encourages collaboration and celebrates success 
• Meet compliance requirements set by regulatory standards
•  

This is a fulltime permanent position, working between Monday-Friday: 8.45am-5.15pm

About you

We’re looking for adaptable customer service and sales professionals who bring: 

• Strong computer literacy and the ability to confidently navigate multiple systems while engaging with members 
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with KPIs and sales targets, both individually and as part of a team 
• Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to build rapport 
• Empathy and resilience when supporting members through challenging situations 
• Available to work required shifts including weekends
• Full Australian working rights
