*This is a full time, in-office position, offering a Monday-Friday schedule!
As the Medical Records Specialist, you’ll ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance across our clinical records, supporting care teams and making a meaningful impact behind the scenes.

Your Impact
- Manage daily clinical records operations and oversee the clinical records process.
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and regulatory requirements.
- Safeguard patient confidentiality through secure record controls and monitoring.
- Conduct post‑discharge administrative record audits and escalate issues appropriately.
- Track and follow up on unsigned physician orders to ensure timely compliance.
- Maintain and support the clinical records information system, including upgrades.
- Provide backup support to intake and front office teams as needed.
- Assist with authorized record requests and general administrative duties.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in clinical records management (home health or hospice preferred).
- Working knowledge of healthcare regulations and information systems.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and follow‑through skills.
- Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team.
- Professional discretion and commitment to confidentiality.
