What would you do? Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. In a Marketing Operations job profile, responsibilities include managing and optimizing marketing processes and systems. This involves tasks such as campaign execution, data analysis, and budget management. The goal is to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of marketing technologies. It is essential for ensuring that marketing strategies are implemented smoothly and deliver measurable results. Creative design is a process that uses digital and physical design tools and core design training to create comps and final art that bring creative concepts to life for marketing purposes.
What are we looking for? Minimum 4–5 years of relevant work experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Roles and Responsibilities: • Lead, mentor, and manage the Graphic Design team to ensure high-quality deliverables and timely project completion. • Plan, assign, and monitor daily tasks, workloads, and project timelines for team members. • Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and skill development initiatives for the design team. • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, design standards, and quality expectations across all creative outputs. • Collaborate with management, marketing, and e-commerce teams to align creative strategies with business objectives. • Responsible for overseeing daily e-commerce operations, including product catalog updates and content management. • Supervise product listing, updating, and uploading of product data/specifications across marketplaces and websites. • Oversee product images and content on marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, Flipkart, and other online platforms. • Ensure large online product catalogs are maintained accurately and efficiently. • Monitor account health, listing quality, and compliance with marketplace requirements. • Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and best practices for catalog creation and management. • Review and approve creative assets including advertisements, banners, videos, social media content, and marketing materials. • Perform quality assurance on team deliverables and ensure consistency across all design projects. • Lead the development of original design concepts, layouts, and creative campaigns. • Coordinate multiple time-sensitive projects and manage ad-hoc requests effectively. • Assemble and oversee the creation of static and animated banners for digital advertising. • Keep the team updated on new design techniques, technologies, and industry trends.
