Role Overview
A Martech Lead who connects marketing strategy, customer data, experimentation, analytics, and AI. This role owns the evolution of the marketing technology ecosystem and turns fragmented marketing signals into trusted data products, actionable insights, and scalable customer experiences.

The ideal candidate combines Martech with practical experience in data analysis, Databricks or Lakehouse environments, experimentation, identity resolution, and AI-enabled marketing.

They can move from business problems to data solutions, from test design to insight, and from insight to measurable action.

Core Responsibilities
• Lead the strategy and integration of the marketing data and technology ecosystem across CRM, customer data, media, web, analytics, activation, and measurement.
• Build and manage scalable marketing data products and pipelines using SQL, Python, Databricks, APIs, and cloud data platforms.
• Establish reliable data foundations for audience management, identity resolution, customer journeys, campaign measurement, and business reporting.
• Design and analyze A/B tests, holdouts, incrementality studies, and personalization experiments to improve marketing performance.
• Apply AI and machine learning to use cases such as lead scoring, propensity modeling, audience intelligence, journey optimization, personalization, and predictive measurement.
• Translate campaign and customer data into clear recommendations connected to leads, visits, conversions, revenue, and customer value.
• Lead data governance, privacy, consent, quality, documentation, and responsible use of customer data.
• Partner with marketing, media, analytics, engineering, agencies, and technology teams to deliver practical, scalable solutions.

Required Capabilities
• Strong SQL and Python skills for marketing data analysis, transformation, validation, and modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks or a comparable cloud lakehouse environment.
• Knowledge of experimentation design, statistical analysis, incrementality, attribution, and marketing performance measurement.
• Understanding of CDPs, CRM, identity resolution, audience activation, marketing automation, personalization, and media ecosystems.
Experience applying AI or machine learning to marketing, customer, or commercial problems.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts and analytical insights clearly to senior business stakeholders.

• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish.

Technical Nice to Haves
• Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or CDP, Tealium, and mParticle.
• Familiarity with media and activation platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr, LiveRamp, and programmatic ecosystems.
• Experience with cloud data platforms and engineering tools such as Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Azure Data Factory, APIs, and modern ETL/ELT workflows.
• Familiarity with analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Google Analytics 4, or similar platforms.
• Exposure to consent management, identity solutions, personalization platforms, and AI/ML tools used in marketing.
