As Marketing Manager, you’ll connect marketing strategy with business performance, partnering with operations leaders, digital teams, and agency partners to increase customer acquisition, generate leads, and strengthen brand growth. What You’ll Do

• Drive Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute integrated, omnichannel marketing plans aligned with business goals, service lines, and customer acquisition targets.

• Optimize Digital Performance: Partner with agencies and digital teams to improve PPC, Local Services Ads (LSA), retargeting, and other digital campaigns.

• Lead Local Marketing: Coordinate campaigns across digital, direct mail, TV, radio, SMS, sponsorships, and community-based initiatives.

• Partner With Operations: Serve as a trusted marketing partner to General Managers and operational leaders, translating business priorities into effective marketing programs.

• Analyze Performance: Monitor campaign results, lead volume, web traffic, and revenue impact. Deliver weekly performance reports that highlight opportunities, risks, and actionable recommendations.

• Manage Budgets: Develop marketing plans and budgets, track spending, and optimize investments to improve results and generate incremental leads.

• Oversee Agency Partnerships: Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and internal creative and campaign teams to deliver effective, on-brand marketing.

• Champion Continuous Improvement: Leverage advanced Excel capabilities and AI-powered tools to uncover insights, streamline reporting, and improve marketing effectiveness.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.

• 5+ years of marketing experience, including developing and executing campaigns that deliver measurable business results.

• Strong digital marketing knowledge, including performance metrics, attribution, lead generation, and campaign optimization.

• Experience with local marketing, budget management, analytics, and agency partnerships.

• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, dashboards, and performance modeling.

• Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot to improve analysis and reporting.

• Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

• A track record of connecting marketing initiatives to lead generation, revenue, or brand growth.

Preferred: Experience in home services, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, retail, or other consumer service industries. Experience supporting multiple locations, brands, or franchise operations is also a plus.
