Job Description Summary:

The Marketing Communication Specialist is responsible for the implementation of the regional B2B communication strategy. This role develops, designs, and creates marketing copy and materials, while ensuring consistency across regional markets, and compliance with global brand guidelines. Key responsibilities will primarily entail the producing traditional print type assets. Some digital marketing, primarily in the social media space, will be required but this is a relatively minor part of the role. In additional this role will act as the champion for the region’s CRM system, ensuring accuracy and compliance, while providing a resource for training and troubleshooting. The role will also be required to carry out some marketing intelligence duties and turn this information into materials to drive and support the business unit.

Marketing Communication

· Drive the execution of regional marketing and messaging strategies, ensuring alignment with business priorities and customer needs.

· Develop compelling, high-impact marketing assets and campaigns across multiple channels, including, Email campaigns, Brochures and sales collateral, Flyers and promotional materials, Infographics and data visualizations, Social media content, Video and multimedia content, Posters and event branding, Trade show and exhibition materials, Performance reports and economic insights presentations

· Create engaging and persuasive content that showcases our expertise and market leadership, including: Press releases, Social media campaigns, Magazine and thought leadership article, Newsletters, Blog and web content

· Serve as a trusted marketing storyteller, transforming complex information into clear, audience-focused content that drives engagement and action.

· Lead content quality assurance by providing copywriting, editing, proofreading, and content optimization support.

· Measure campaign effectiveness through performance tracking, analytics, and reporting, using insights to continuously improve outcomes.

· Equip field and commercial teams with impactful sales enablement materials, including presentations, one-pagers, battle cards, competitor comparisons, and customer-facing resources.

· Coordinate and manage product photography, customer stories, video production, and event content capture to support marketing objectives.

· Gather customer and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities, improve campaigns, and enhance customer experience.

· Contribute innovative ideas and best practices to strengthen brand awareness, digital engagement, and lead generation across the region.

CRM System Champion

• Input, validate, and maintain the accuracy of contacts and accounts in the CRM system.
• Ensure all compliance requirements in terms of the collection and maintenance of individuals’ personal data in the CRM system are met.
• Utilize the email blast technology within CRM to maintain ongoing information flow to influencers, message carriers and clients.
• Act as a regional resource for training and use of the CRM system

Market Intelligence Acquisition and Reporting

• Capture publicly available information on key clients, including annual reports, press releases, etc., and ensure that key messages are extracted and maintained within the system.
• Actively scan clipping services, social media, etc., to capture, warehouse, and disseminate market information
• Utilize publicly available sources to determine the imports and exports of live birds and/or hatching eggs from regional countries to increase understanding of regional market dynamics.
• Utilize publicly available sources and client relationships to capture the market price of inputs/outputs and estimate future trends.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar business-related field
• 3-5 years of professional experience in marketing, public relations, communications, or a similar field.
• B2B Marketing experience in the Agricultural business is preferable.

• Ability to work flexibly - sometimes alone and at other times in teams, and support the wider marketing effort.
• Detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a dynamic environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Conversant in social media formats, tones, and purposes
• Creative and innovative thinker, with a high degree of visual intelligence
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-starter with a high level of initiative, a proven proactive thinker and problem solver.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Creative software skills/experience such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc., are a plus.
• An excellent level of written and spoken English is required
• Some travel may be required for this role (<10%)
• Must have the right to live and work in Thailand, specifically Bangkok.
