THE WESTGOLD OFFER
- Full-time, permanent position based at our Northern sites - Cue, Meekatharra and Fortnum.
- Remuneration includes base salary + site allowance + wellbeing allowance + up to 30% STI bonus + Superannuation.
- 8 days on, 6 days off roster, flying in and out on Mondays.

THE ROLE
- Lead and develop fixed plant maintenance teams across Westgold operations.
- Deliver asset availability, reliability, and maintenance performance targets.
- Oversee shutdown strategies and execution across Westgold sites.
- Drive continuous improvement and asset reliability initiatives.
- Manage maintenance planning, budgeting, and cost control processes.
- Oversee the delivery of maintenance and capital projects.
- Develop and implement fixed plant asset management strategies.
- Lead capital planning and investment approval processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company requirements.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and develop maintenance capability across Westgold.
WHAT DO I NEED
- Current WA Manual C Class Driver’s Licence.
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering and/or relevant trade qualification.
- Eligible to hold or currently hold the required statutory position.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a senior fixed plant maintenance leadership role.
- Proven experience leading organisational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong background in maintenance delivery, planning, reliability, engineering, and project management.
- Demonstrated experience in budget preparation, cost control, and financial management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.
- Advanced computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, Pronto, and maintenance management systems.
- Strong leadership capability with a proven ability to build high-performing teams, deliver results, and maintain compliance with mining safety legislation and regulations.
- Awareness of the Mine Safety and Inspection Act & Regulations.
