Essential Qualification & Experience

CA / MBA Finance with 5–8 years of experience in FP&A, MIS or commercial finance, preferably in

a global / multi-entity environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monthly Management Reporting & MIS
  • Support timely release of monthly sales flash on the 2nd working day; coordinate with entity controllers and 3PL teams to validate data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare and consolidate monthly MIS reports across PCC entities, including P&L, balance sheet, product margin and KPI schedules.
  • Execute the monthly MIS production cycle through Anaplan, replacing the legacy Excel-based process.
  • Process inter-company stock margin elimination workings, including SKU-level reconciliation, GIT inclusion, entity-level validation and analytical checks.
  • Prepare variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget vs. Prior Year), supporting schedules, exhibits and analytics requested by senior management.
• Budgeting, Forecasting & Long-Range Planning
  • Assist in preparation of the annual budget across PCC entities, including data collection, template population, consolidation and validation of submissions.
  • Collect, validate and consolidate forecast inputs from Sales, SCM, Site Controllers and Corporate Finance; assist in preparing weekly revenue trackers, monthly EBITDA forecasts and rolling outlook submissions.
  • Support preparation of financial performance statements and supporting workings for Long-Range Planning (LRP) cycles.
  • Prepare profitability analysis across products, customers, entities and businesses (IA, IP, Other Pharma, ITT, CHG).
  • Support cashflow forecasting and working capital reporting workings in coordination with site finance and corporate finance teams.
• Anaplan & Qlik Operations
  • Maintain Anaplan modules covering Actuals, Budget, Forecast, P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow reporting across PCC's global entities.
  • Execute data uploads, mapping updates, hierarchy maintenance, version freeze/rollover and module validations.
  • Maintain Qlik dashboards covering Revenue, Product Margin, AR Ageing, MTD Daily Sales, Reporting Margin Variation and Fixed Asset reporting.
  • Execute Qlik rollover activities for FY budget cycles; ensure smooth data flow between Anaplan, EDP and Qlik.
  • Provide inputs to Business IT and EDP teams on AR Intelligence dashboard requirements (SAP S/4HANA customer master + Azure sales master linkage).
  • Liaise with PwC, Anaplan technical teams and Piramal IT on day-to-day issue resolution and minor enhancements.
• SAP S/4HANA Transition Support
  • Support readiness for SAP ECC → S/4HANA migration (India go-live Apr 2026; rest of entities Dec 2026).
  • Execute mapping updates for revenue pipelines, GL mappings, profit centre, cost centre hierarchy, capex/loan/manual GL logic and product master integration.
  • Coordinate with PwC, SAP team, EDP and the broader project team on parallel-run validations during transition.
• Daily Sales & 3PL Reporting
  • Maintain the MTD Daily Sales dashboard; support entity controllers in adoption, capture of manual finance adjustments and reconciliation.
  • Support automation of SAP entries for 3PL sales and manage source file structure changes across geographies.
• Leadership Reporting & Stakeholder Coordination
  • Prepare supporting slides and data exhibits for MBR, PEC, Finance Opscomm, Townhalls, Board decks and ExComm reviews.
  • Coordinate with global finance stakeholders, entity controllers, corporate teams and external partners (PwC) to ensure timely closure of deliverables.
  • Escalate issues and risks to the Chief Manager – Finance in a timely manner.
• Process Documentation & Governance Support
  • Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Anaplan modules, Qlik dashboards and MIS processes.
  • Support exception tracking, escalation logs and process review activities.

Key Competencies

• Hands-on experience in Anaplan, Qlik Sense, SAP / S/4HANA and advanced Excel; Power BI a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sharp attention to detail.
• Exposure to system implementation or ERP migration projects preferred.
• Good stakeholder coordination skills across geographies and time zones.
• Process orientation, ownership mindset and ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
• Comfort working in a transformation-heavy, fast-paced environment.

  • Leverage AI and automation tools to enhance financial analysis, forecasting, reporting and management insights, improving speed and quality of decision-making.
