Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Analysis

• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.

• Assist in analysing business processes and identifying solution requirements.

• Maintain requirements and project documentation.

Impact Assessment and Solution Review

Assess the functional impact of changes to Finance applications.

• Identify user configuration requirements to support system changes.

• Review functional designs to ensure business requirements are adequately addressed.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Support end-to-end User Acceptance Testing activities.

• Prepare test scenarios, test scripts, and test data.

• Execute test cases, document results, and track defects.

• Coordinate defect resolution and validate fixes with stakeholders.

Implementation and Handover

• Support implementation and deployment activities.

• Prepare operational and project documentation.

• Facilitate knowledge transfer and handover to production support teams.

Post-Implementation Support

• Provide support during the post-implementation warranty period.

• Assist in investigating and resolving issues arising from implemented changes.

• Coordinate with support teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with business users, project teams, support teams, and vendors.

• Provide updates on requirements, testing progress, and implementation activities.

• Support effective communication and collaboration across stakeholders.
