We’re looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized, and client-focused Service Delivery Consultant to help purpose-driven organizations maximize the impact of their fundraising and constituent engagement efforts. In this role, you’ll serve as an extension of our clients’ teams, delivering high-quality operational and data services that keep critical fundraising and donor management processes running smoothly. By combining analytical thinking, operational excellence, and a commitment to continuous improvement, you’ll help organizations achieve their missions while contributing to Blackbaud’s vision of powering social impact through innovation, data, and technology.
As part of a collaborative Managed Services team, you’ll work across Blackbaud’s customer relationship management solutions to execute key fundraising operations, maintain data integrity, deliver reporting insights, and support evolving client needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys structured problem-solving, working with data, and leveraging automation and AI to improve efficiency and service quality.

Work Location: Sky tech, Financial District, Hyderabad, India
Work Schedule:
- This role supports customers and stakeholders primarily during U.S. business hours.
- Ability to work a schedule aligned with U.S. business hours, generally 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), with availability for customer-facing engagements during that time.
- Participation in after-hours support rotations and select holiday coverage may be required based on product, region, or business needs.
What you'll do
• Deliver managed services work in alignment with client agreements, service standards, and delivery commitments, ensuring exceptional customer outcomes and experiences.
• Manage donation processing activities including gift entry, batch management, imports, reconciliation, acknowledgments, and data validation with a high degree of accuracy.
• Build and deliver reports, data extracts, and segmented fundraising lists that support direct mail, digital fundraising, and operational decision-making.
• Maintain data quality through established quality controls, documentation practices, and adherence to data security and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with Service Delivery Managers, analysts, and cross-functional partners to prioritize work, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery across multiple client accounts.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance service delivery through automation, artificial intelligence, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll bring
• 2-4 years of professional experience in managed services, service delivery, fundraising operations, business operations, or a related client-focused environment.
• Knowledge of donation processing, gift administration, batch management, financial reconciliation, and data quality practices within customer relationship management or fundraising platforms.
• Understanding of service-level commitments, statement of work-based delivery models, reporting processes, and operational documentation standards.
• Experience using customer relationship management systems, fundraising platforms, Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and data import/export processes; Power BI experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, meeting deadlines, and delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of donation processing, gift administration, batch management, financial reconciliation, and data quality practices within customer relationship management or fundraising platforms.
