Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare team members.
• Promote resident safety, dignity, and comfort.

Qualifications

• Current and active California LVN license.
• Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
