Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on and results-driven Local Digital Marketer to support digital marketing activities in the South Korea market. The role will be responsible for local campaign planning, execution, content localization and development, paid media management, lead generation, and campaign performance optimization. This role will work closely with the Marketing Lead to translate regional marketing strategies into effective local market execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute local digital marketing campaigns based on regional marketing strategy, business objectives, target audience, budget, and campaign timelines.
• Adapt regional campaigns to the Korean market based on local customer behavior, market trends, language, culture, and channel dynamics.
• Develop and optimize Korean-language email and EDM content, including subject lines, messaging, and segmentation inputs.
• Localize industry news, white papers, technical materials, educational content, standards-related content, and thought leadership.
• Adapt headlines, calls to action, campaign messaging, and promotional copy for Korean readers.
• Manage and optimize paid digital campaigns, with Naver and Korean social channels preferred where relevant.
• Support localized website, landing-page, and social/digital content as assigned.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, designers, and other external partners for content and campaign production.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on impressions, CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rate, lead volume, and ROI/ROAS.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, messaging, audiences, channels, and landing pages.
• Provide local market insights, competitor observations, and recommendations to the Marketing Lead.
• Prepare regular campaign performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Market-Specific Requirements

• Native-level Korean language proficiency and strong written/verbal English.
• Professional Korean copywriting, content marketing, or localization experience.
• Ability to adapt marketing content rather than translate it literally.
• Does not need to be physically located in Korea, but recent, substantive experience marketing to Korean audiences is strongly preferred.
• Preferred: Naver/paid media experience, B2B or technical marketing background (electronics, manufacturing, SaaS, standards, or associations).
