Summary:
As a Large Language Model Developer, a typical day involves refining and adapting advanced language models to better suit specific domains and instructions. This role requires a focus on enhancing the model's ability to understand and generate contextually relevant responses. The workday includes analyzing model outputs, iterating on fine-tuning processes, and collaborating with team members to ensure the models meet the desired performance standards. Continuous evaluation and adjustment are key to maintaining the effectiveness and applicability of the language models in various specialized settings.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate model improvements into production environments.
- Document fine-tuning methodologies and results to support knowledge sharing and reproducibility.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in model development tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Agentic AI.
- Experience with natural language processing techniques and model evaluation metrics.
- Strong programming skills in relevant languages and frameworks used for model development.
- Ability to preprocess and manage large datasets for training and fine-tuning purposes.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and resources for scalable model training.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
