Legal Counsel Support - Compliance Why Join As a Legal Counsel Support in Compliance at OCBC, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the bank's operations are aligned with regulatory requirements. You'll work closely with our legal and compliance teams to provide expert support, helping us navigate the complex regulatory landscape. You'll work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, and develop effective solutions to complex compliance issues. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to communicate complex ideas simply will be essential to your success. • 制作相关业务法律文本
• 审查业务及产品的法律风险，对法律风险的缓释措施提供建议
• 关注适用法律的变化，维护和更新银行标准版本
• 相关报告的综合管理
• 上级主管和管理层安排的其他事务

任职资格：

• 法律本科以上学历，法律职业资格证书
• 流利的英语书写和口语能力
• 熟悉银行业务，特别是金融衍生产品，结构性产品业务及ISDA
• 至少五年银行或律所相关工作经验，能独立制作相关法律文本
• 良好的职业操守和诚信管理能力，在监管机关无不良记录
• 工作积极主动，具有团队合作精神
