As a Service Ambassador, you will greet and assist clients, visitors, and guests while managing the reception and overall, Client Centre experience. You play a key role in creating a positive first impression by delivering exceptional hospitality, professionalism, and personalised service.

Responsibilities
The Service Ambassador is responsible for delivering and maintaining an exceptional level of customer service by addressing concerns promptly, professionally, and effectively. The Service Ambassador is committed to providing outstanding service and driving continuous improvement in the client and visitor experience.
Daily duties:
- Welcome and attend to all invited clients and guests at the Bank of Singapore Client Centre.
- Greet and acknowledge clients upon arrival, escort them to meeting suites, and engage with clients professionally as required.
- Support the daily operations of the BOS Client Centre, ensuring a seamless client experience across all Client Centre levels, meeting rooms, reception areas, and lobbies.
- Attend to client and banker requests, including arranging dining reservations, hotel bookings, transportation, sightseeing activities, and travel-related services before and after meetings. Provide information on flight details, local attractions, and support for presentation or IT-related requirements as needed.
- Anticipate client needs and respond promptly and proactively.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Manage the Client Centre reception counters, direct calls appropriately, and take accurate messages in accordance with the Bank's standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate and manage meeting room and internal event venue bookings, ensuring seamless arrangements for clients, external guests, and internal stakeholders.
- Offer and serve beverages throughout client meetings, ensuring a high standard of hospitality.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to clients, including food plating and dining services for refreshments, lunch, and special requests.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all Client Centre areas, including meeting rooms, waiting areas, and pantries. This includes clearing crockery and glassware, cleaning tables, replenishing supplies, and arranging furniture as required.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the team.
- Assist with company events, client events, and off-site functions when required.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties or responsibilities assigned by the Line Manager.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or equivalent qualification in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related service industry. Experience as a flight attendant or in luxury hospitality will be an added advantage.
- Customer-focused and proactive, with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently with clients and stakeholders.
- Outgoing, personable, and able to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Immaculately groomed and exceptionally well-presented.
- Calm, efficient, and well-organized, with strong attention to detail.

- Proficient in written and verbal communication.
- Computer literate and proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and corporate systems.

- Willing and able to work on a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required to support events and business needs.
