Responsibilities

• Expense management incl invoice handling and travel expense settlement

• Travel booking and visa handling, when necessary

• Venue booking for meetings/offsites

• Calendar and meeting booking support

Leadership Assistance for Visiting Executives

• Coordinating and Managing Senior Visitors travel requirements for the site.

• Arranging meeting rooms and required facilities and IT support.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

• Confident working with and supporting international stakeholders and leaders

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken

• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively

• Willing to work onsite in Pasig City

• Available for a full-time, onsite role
