Let’s Talk about the Role

The Lead Project Manager will oversee the successful delivery of complex customer equipment and infrastructure projects, ensuring project profitability and high levels of customer satisfaction.

You will act as a key driver for project execution, managing project-related activities and resources for small to medium-sized projects. You will apply your technical expertise to lead teams, solve complex problems, and foster integration between internal departments to ensure our energy solutions are delivered effectively and efficiently.

How You Will Make a Difference

• Leading the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they meet time, budget, and quality objectives.
• Driving operational excellence by managing project resources and coordinating activities across multidisciplinary teams.
• Building strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and project expectations are exceeded.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align project strategies with broader business drivers and functional practices.
• Improving project outcomes by applying analytical thinking and technical expertise to resolve challenges and propose innovative solutions.
• Developing and mentoring team members, providing informal guidance to help others grow their project management capabilities.

Skills for Success

You should be a motivated leader with a proven ability to navigate technical projects and complex stakeholder environments.

• The ability to analyze, plan, and execute programs with precision.
• The capability to manage profit and loss accountability for equipment-only or non-turnkey projects.
• An understanding of key business drivers and how they integrate with project delivery.
• An expertise in project management methodologies and technical problem-solving.
• A keen interest in advancing energy infrastructure and sustainable power solutions.

A formal education and subsequent University Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering or business field are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.

We have a hybrid working model which gives you flexibility to work from our offices and from home. We’re big on collaboration and connection, and you will be based in our Oslo office as part of your hybrid working arrangement.
