What you'll be doing
- Undertaking land, topographical and measured building surveys across a variety of project environments.
- Collecting, processing and validating survey data using modern surveying equipment and software.
- Producing accurate, high-quality survey deliverables and drawings.
- Supporting GIS and project teams by providing reliable survey information and technical expertise.
- Reviewing survey data against project specifications and quality requirements.
- Working closely with colleagues, clients and stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.
- Contributing ideas that improve processes, technology adoption and ways of working.
What we're looking for
We're keen to hear from people who are collaborative, detail-oriented and passionate about delivering quality work.
- Experience undertaking land, topographical or measured building surveys.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and N4CE
- Experience working with survey data and producing survey outputs.
- Understanding of modern surveying equipment and techniques
What to expect
This is a hands-on role where approximately 70-80% of your time will be spent on site collecting survey data and supporting project activities. The remaining time will be spent collaborating with colleagues, processing data and delivering project outputs. Candidates should be comfortable attending the office regularly and working closely with the wider Surveying, GIS and Project teams.

The successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate level of security clearance or assurance level for this role, in line with client and sector requirements.
In some cases, additional nationality or residency criteria may also apply due to specific client or national security obligations.
