The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Lab Technician you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

• Support senior laboratory scientists and engineers in research and development
• Assist in laboratory tests and experiments for dental materials
• Follow procedures and Document observations and results
• Work with hands and equipment to create data, example: prototype fabrication, testing, and analysis
• Collaborate with technical teams

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
• High School Degree or higher

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Hands-on skills with equipment and computers

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
• Experience in hands-on technical testing in a private, public, government or military environment
• Collaborative communication skills
• Computer literate
 

Work location:
Onsite at Eagan

Travel: May include up to 5%

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $34,380 - $47,273, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
