The impact you’ll make in this role

As an Operations and Sales Support Specialist, you’ll work alongside sharp, inquisitive minds from a wide spectrum of backgrounds and disciplines. Together, you'll explore new ideas, challenge assumptions, and shape solutions that make a real-world impact by:

• Process customer orders accurately from email and phone requests, meeting KPI expectations of processing all orders within 24 business hours.
• Communicate order status, inventory availability, pricing, and shipping updates to internal teams and external customers to ensure ontime fulfillment.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and external partners to resolve order or inventory issues efficiently, escalating as needed.
• Manage inventory accuracy, including HQ inventory oversight, replenishment for the sales team, and completion of monthly field reconciliations.
• Streamline operational processes, support special projects as assigned, and deliver high‑quality customer service to B2B clients to ensure satisfaction.

Your skills and expertise

These are the core capabilities and experiences essential to make an impact:

Required  Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED AND 2 years of sale support or data/order entry experience

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Current, valid Driver’s License. 

 “Nice to Have” Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience with medical organizations and government-sponsored health care programs is a plus

Additional Requirements

In this role, you may be required to enter healthcare or other third-party facilities. Those facilities may, in turn, require you to possess certain licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credentials or qualifications (collectively “prerequisites to entry”) for regulatory, safety, or other business reasons. All information will be kept in accordance with applicable law and Solventum policies. Pay Transparency

Applicable to US Applicants Only: The base salary for this position is $24 - $26/hour plus quarterly and annual bonus opportunities based on role eligibility and performance.

This team is pivotal in advancing Solventum’s mission by supporting frontline healthcare providers with trusted, evidence-based technologies—from advanced wound care and sterilization assurance to patient monitoring and operating room solutions—ensuring safer, more effective care across healthcare systems
