The Role 

We are looking for an experienced Android Engineer to develop and deliver production-grade native Android applications and features. You will work closely with other engineers, architects, product managers, and designers to build high-quality mobile solutions and contribute to the overall engineering lifecycle. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design, develop, and maintain native Android applications and features. 

• Build production-quality solutions using modern Android development practices. 

• Integrate REST APIs, platform services, analytics, and third-party services. 

• Write unit and UI tests to ensure application quality and reliability. 

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards. 

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical, performance, and production issues. 

• Contribute to CI/CD, release readiness, and continuous improvement. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features within agreed timelines. 

Required Skills & Experience 

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, with strong Android development experience. 

• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Android SDK. 

• Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose. 

• Good understanding of MVVM/MVI architecture. 

• Experience with Coroutines, REST APIs, JSON, and mobile networking. 

• Experience with JUnit, Espresso, and automated testing. 

• Understanding of mobile analytics and accessibility. 

• Strong knowledge of Git and modern software development practices. 

• Experience building and supporting production Android applications.
