「鮨 ラビス 大阪 ヤニック・アレノ」で、世界に認められるレストランをともに目指しませんか。 フォーシーズンズホテル大阪37階に位置する「鮨 ラビス 大阪 ヤニック・アレノ」は、フランス料理界を代表するシェフ、ヤニック・アレノの料理哲学と、日本の江戸前鮨の技が融合するファインダイニングレストランです。パリでミシュラン二つ星を獲得するL'Abysseに続く世界3店舗目、そしてアジア初のL'Abysseとして、伝統的な鮨の技術とフランス料理の革新的なアプローチを融合させた、ここでしか味わえないガストロノミー体験を追求しています。私たちが目指すのは、料理、サービス、空間のすべてにおいてさらに高いレベルを追求し、世界から評価されるレストランへと成長していくこと。 今回、コミシェフとして、その挑戦をともにしてくださる料理人を募集します。技術を磨くことに情熱を持ち、現状に満足することなく、より高いレベルの料理を追求したい方。ミシュラン星付きレストランを目指すチームの一員として、自身も料理人として成長していきたいという意欲のある方をお待ちしています。

【応募要件】

・同様のポジションまたはホテルレストランでの調理経験を2～3年程度お持ちの方歓迎

・ミシュラン星付きレストランやファインダイニングでの勤務経験があれば尚可

・日本語能力必須
