About The Role: 

Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking candidates join our Guest Services team as a Bell attendant. As a Bell Attendant, you play an integral role in creating exceptional first and last impressions for our guests. You bring energy, professionalism, and a genuine passion for hospitality, ensuring every interaction reflects the world-class service for which Four Seasons is known. Success in this role comes from a commitment to personalized guest care and a collaborative spirit, recognizing that unforgettable experiences are achieved when we work together, value each other's contributions, and support one another as a team.

What You'll Do

• You assist guests with luggage upon arrival and departure, complete deliveries and pickups from guest rooms, and transport guest and hotel packages as needed.
• You warmly greet guests and escort them to their rooms, deliver luggage during check-in, and retrieve luggage upon departure, ensuring it is transported to storage or the Front Drive.
• You maintain accurate records of all luggage deliveries and pickups.
• You create exceptional guest experiences by handling every interaction with professionalism and genuine hospitality, accommodating special requests whenever possible. You also respond to guest inquiries and provide information regarding hotel services, operating hours, key personnel, property events, and local directions, while resolving concerns promptly and effectively.

What You Bring:

• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to work quickly and multi-task
• Previous experience within a hotel is preferred
• Work authorization in the United States

What To Expect:

• A flexible full-time schedule, working approximately 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events based on business needs.
• A dynamic, guest-focused environment where you will engage with guests and collaborate with team members to create memorable and personalized experiences.
• An active, fast-paced setting that requires continuous movement and standing throughout your shift while supporting operations across the hotel.
• A hands-on role with variety each day, requiring the ability to lift, push, and pull luggage and equipment, and comfortably work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
