Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive knowledge management strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Create and manage knowledge repositories, ensuring content is relevant, accessible, and user-friendly
- Assess knowledge flow within the organization and identify gaps to enhance knowledge sharing
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to capture and disseminate critical knowledge
- Lead training and capacity-building initiatives to foster a knowledge-sharing culture among employees
- Evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge management practices and recommend improvements
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in knowledge management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 4-6 years of experience in knowledge management or related roles
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful knowledge management initiatives
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with knowledge management tools and software
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders
- Knowledge of industry standards and frameworks in knowledge management is a plus
