At Castello di Casole, a Belmond Hotel, we are looking for a reliable and collaborative Kitchen Porter, who will maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency in our kitchen. 

Requirements

Primary Responsibilities Include 

• Maintain cleanliness, order, and sanitation across all kitchen areas, dishwashing stations, and food preparation spaces. 

• Wash, sanitize, and properly store chinaware, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. 

• Support the culinary team with basic food prep setup, garbage disposal, and recycling separation in accordance with sustainability guidelines. 

• Ensure correct usage and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment, following safety protocols. 

• Support inventory management for cleaning supplies and stewards’ equipment. 

• Comply strictly with HACCP regulations and health & safety standards. 

What You Bring 

• Previous experience in a kitchen utility, stewarding, or porter role within luxury hospitality or high-volume restaurants is preferred. 

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and physical stamina. 

• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced team environment. 

• Basic understanding of hygiene standards and chemical safety protocols. 

• Conversational Italian or English.
