• Desarrollar e impulsar amplias relaciones con consumidores en todos los niveles pero con un enfoque clave en las relaciones a un nivel apropiado con el cliente.

• Ejecutar estrategias para el cliente

• Asegurar la consecución del JCBP (Plan de negocio conjunto con el cliente).

• Optimizar el uso de los recursos con el fin de obtener una mayor rentabilidad en las operaciones

What you need to know about this position:

• You will be responsible for leading the commercial relationship with accounts in charge.

• You will develop and implement strategic business plans focused on sales growth, market share, and profitability.

• You will negotiate commercial agreements, promotional plans, and trade conditions with the customer.

• You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Category Management teams to ensure flawless in-store execution.

• You will be the main point of contact between the company and the customer, building long-term relationships based on trust and mutual value creation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management in modern trade within the CPG/FMCG industry.

• Proven experience managing modern trade accounts.
