Job Description:
We are looking for a creative, motivated Software Developer (Junior) to join our team in Mons, Belgium. You will be part of a dynamic team designing, developing, testing, and deploying speech and signal processing technologies that genuinely help and serve people.

Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in designing, developing, testing, and deploying speech/signal
technologies across products and services.
• Help expand and refine software modules leveraging our core voice technology.
• Creatively build innovative features while leveraging existing technology with an
eye for efficiency and marketability.
• Work collaboratively within an international, cross-site team of experts on high-impact applications (such as My-Own-Voice).

Requirements & Qualifications:
• Languages & Tools: Strong programming skills in Python and C/C++.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong interest in AI topics, Machine Learning concepts, and
related code/performance optimizations.
• Methodology: Ability to carry out focused and goal-oriented research and software
development.
• Environment: Good working knowledge of Linux or Windows environments.
• Soft Skills: Excellent team player, creative mindset, and a strong drive to build tools
that positively impact society.
• Languages: Fluency in English or French; knowledge of additional languages is an
asset.
