We are looking for a motivated Junior CRM Specialist to join our team in Malta. This role is suited to someone at the beginning of their CRM career who wants to learn, develop and take on more responsibility over time. Some experience in CRM, digital marketing or the iGaming industry would be helpful, but it is not essential. We place greater value on a proactive attitude, attention to detail and a genuine willingness to progress. You will support customer communications across email, SMS, push notifications and pop-ups. Working with the wider CRM and marketing teams, you will help deliver relevant campaigns that improve customer engagement, retention and activity across products.
Responsibilities
- Create, schedule and deliver CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications and pop-ups.
- Write and adapt clear customer communications in line with the company tone of voice.
- Create and maintain CRM templates, procedures and campaign documentation.
- Coordinate campaigns with all relevant stakeholders and keep deadlines, requirements and approvals on track.
- Prepare campaign briefs and coordinate content, creative assets, offers and translations with the relevant teams.
- Complete detailed quality checks before launch, including content, links, audience targeting, tracking and scheduling.
- Request and analyse customer data to identify key segments and opportunities to improve targeting and personalisation.
- Recommend practical improvements to campaign processes, customer journeys and CRM performance.
- Support the development of a CRM program covering retail shops, online betting and cross-product activity.
- Help develop engaging competitions, promotions and retention initiatives.
- Monitor campaign results, prepare performance reports and contribute to post-campaign reviews.
- Support A/B testing and other campaign optimisation activities.
- Work closely with the Content, Design, Fraud and Data Warehouse teams to deliver accurate and compliant campaigns on time.
- Maintain accurate campaign records and follow internal CRM and responsible gaming procedures.
Requirements
- A genuine interest in CRM, customer engagement and digital marketing.
- A proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn and progress.
- Excellent attention to detail and good organisational skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence working with data and basic performance metrics.
- The ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- A collaborative approach and openness to feedback.
- Fluency in speaking and writing in English is a must.
- Previous experience in CRM, digital marketing or iGaming through employment, an internship or academic
- work would be an advantage, but it is not required.
- Experience using Optimove or another CRM or marketing automation platform would be considered an asset
- Speaking fluent Spanish would also be considered an asset.
