岗位概要：

负责所辖大区的销售目标达成与组织建设。通过制定并执行区域销售策略、管理关键客户、搭建并培养高绩效销售团队，以及推动跨部门协同与项目落地，提升业务规模与市场覆盖率。

主要职责：

- 制定并执行大区销售策略与年度推广计划，确保实现销售目标与利润指标。

- 组建、培养并激励大区销售团队，监督销售活动执行，确保为所有客户提供高质量的服务。

- 制定并落实短期与长期业务战略，带领团队实现公司目标。

- 管控大区销售与促销预算，优化资源配置，提升投入产出比。

- 发掘并推进新业务与渠道机会，协调市场、供应链、医疗事务等跨部门资源，确保项目落地与市场拓展。

- 定期监测并分析市场与竞争态势，提出可执行的市场策略与销售优化方案。

- 向上级汇报大区经营与销售进展，及时识别并预警风险，提出应对措施与改进建议。

任职要求：

- 学历：本科及以上，MBA优先。

- 经验：10年以上医疗行业销售经验，至少5年销售管理经验；有骨科关节方向背景优先。

- 能力：具备卓越的商务拓展、谈判与客户管理能力；具备战略思维与结果导向的执行力。

- 技能：良好的数据分析、经营计划制定与问题解决能力；优秀的书面与口头沟通表达能力。

- 素质：抗压能力强、主动性高，具备明显的客户导向与商业敏感度；具备团队建设与人才培养能力。

- 其他：能适应较高频次出差（视大区范围而定）。
