We are seeking a results-driven Relationship Manager/ Senior Relationship Manager/Associate Director focused entirely on strategising, structuring, and securing debt financing for our corporate growth and strategic initiatives.

In this role, you will be the primary link between the firm and capital providers, managing critical relationships and leading the sales execution of Funding Societies' debt instruments to ensure optimal capital structure and liquidity.

The Strategic Investors Team's target segment is solely focused on raising debt globally across Accredited Investors (AIs) and High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI). The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in financial/ banking products, a strong network of clients, client advisory literacy, skilled at negotiations, possesses entrepreneurial traits and a proven track record of transactions.

What will you do:

• Debt Sourcing & Origination
• Identify and originate debt financing leads, strategizing and structuring go-to-market plans
• Lead the execution process, handling start-to-closure investment advisory processes on FS' debt products coordinating with internal teams on new client
• Pitch and Negotiate terms and pricing structures with new/ existing clients
• Relationship Management
• Manage and expand relationships with a diverse network of new and existing clients
• Serve as the primary point of contact for portfolio of clients in monthly/ on-going firm updates and service needs
• Be an ambassador to firm's branding
• Collaborating within internal teams for goal-oriented activities
• Compliance & Regulatory Salience
• Monitor and ensure strict compliance protocols and standards across all process
• Oversee  and execute KYC and onboarding activities
• Gatekeeping high standards of the firm's MAS license

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA or CPA is a strong plus)
• 3–8+ years of relevant experience within Banks or Financial Institutions in client advisory space
• Job level and scope of responsibilities will be calibrated based on the candidate’s experience, transaction track record, client network, and overall suitability for the role.
• Proven track record of successfully executing AI/ HNWI financial product transactions
• Financial literacy across all assets classes, capital markets and alternatives
• Relevant MAS licenses for required client advisory activities
• Soft Skills
• Passionate in financial markets and sales
• Elite communication with excellent presentation skills and salesmanship
• Strong negotiation acumen
