The Sales Operations & Strategy Associate, Intern supports the Sales Operations & Strategy team with reporting, analysis, operational coordination and process improvement initiatives that enable the Sales organization.
The intern will work with the team and cross-functional partners to maintain accurate information, prepare business insights, coordinate recurring deliverables and improve how work is tracked, documented and completed.
The role will also support the responsible use of approved artificial intelligence, automation and digital tools to improve recurring activities. All outputs must be reviewed for accuracy, completeness, confidentiality and appropriate business use.

- Currently enrolled in a university or college program in business, finance, analytics, marketing, technology or a related field.
- Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Experience with Power BI, CRM platforms, databases or data-visualization tools is an asset.
- Interest in applying AI and automation to practical business problems.
- Ability to critically review AI-generated and data-based outputs for accuracy and completeness.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work.
- Ability to work independently while seeking guidance when appropriate.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional partners.
- Demonstrated curiosity, initiative and willingness to learn.
