About the Role

This Growth & Retention Marketing Intern role is responsible for supporting the Disney+ Lifecycle & Retention team in Philippines and is responsible for supporting the team in driving customer engagement and retention through the development, set up and optimisation of campaigns to support the key KPIs of acquisition, engagement, retention and customer lifetime value for Disney+.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute marketing campaigns across direct communication channels including email, push and in-app.
• Collaborating with the team on planning and development of a marketing calendar.
• Working with creative teams to get assets for campaigns.
• Support the team in briefing creative agency on copy angles.
• Deliver test and learn scenarios that can drive actionable insights for future optimisation.
• Analysing campaign performance and identifying areas for optimisation.
• Collaborating with the Lifecycle team in identifying opportunities to drive business metrics.
• Champion new customer engagement and retention techniques / approaches.
• Working with regional lifecycle leads on automated campaigns ideation, rollout and maintenance.
• Think creatively to produce new concepts/ideas.
• Ideate and help sustain Sports in the Philippines as a key priority for 2027.

Internship Requirements:

• Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree
• Still an undergraduate and not yet graduated during the internship period
• Must be available for full-time internship commitment (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm) between January to June 2027
• Must be available to work on-site throughout the full period of internship

Skills Requirements:

• Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Communications, Media, Business or a related field
• Basic understanding of marketing and subscription business is a plus
• Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload to meet competing deadlines.
• Structured and detail oriented – excellent level of accuracy.
• A strong communicator with a can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done.
• Creative and solution-oriented mind-set.
• A self-starter capable of working independently, but also as part of a team.
• Strong writing and speaking proficiency in English and Tagalog.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Sports affinity including but not limited to Basketball, UFC, NFL, Formula E is a major plus but not a hard requirement
