Department: Training & Education (T&E)

Position Summary

The Korea EV/PV T&E Intern will support the planning, coordination, and execution of Healthcare Professional (HCP) education programs in Korea. The role focuses on administrative, logistical, and Korean-language coordination activities to ensure the smooth delivery of local training initiatives. The intern will work closely with the Korea T&E team, HCPs, and internal stakeholders under direct supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Support coordination and execution of EV/PV HCP education programs in Korea.
• Assist with faculty and participant communications in Korean.
• Coordinate program logistics, including venue arrangements, materials preparation, attendance tracking, and program documentation.
• Provide on-site administrative support during training programs and events.
• Support scheduling and follow-up activities with hospitals, faculty, and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with preparation of training materials, participant records, and post-program reporting.
• Collaborate with regional T&E team members to support local execution of educational initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks related to T&E programs.

• This is a temporary position.
• Responsible for performing and supporting research for teams operating within a service group, product group and/ or project group.
• Assists with the development, monitoring, coordination and implementation of non-technical projects as assigned.
• Provides analysis, reporting and internal communication services with team members.
• Develops knowledge of industry and organizational processes.

Important Note

This internship is designed to provide coordination, administrative, and logistical support for Training & Education activities. The intern will not independently deliver training, assume customer-facing ownership, or be accountable for program leadership and execution. All activities will be performed under the supervision of the T&E / Commercial team.
