Job Description

• Support the Engineering team in developing the Autonomous Maintenance program.
• Learn and understand basic machine and equipment maintenance.
• Support the preparation of Work Instructions and Maintenance Checklists.
• Support preparation of tools and materials for maintenance activities.
• Support the implementation of Autonomous Maintenance SOPs in the Production area.
• Support the Production team in basic machine and equipment maintenance, such as: cleaning, Lubrication, Inspection and tightening (CLIT)
• Identify simple machine problems and develop maintenance task to prevent occurrence.

Requirements

• Student or fresh graduate of Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Basic knowledge of machines and maintenance.
• Able to read English technical manuals.
• Experience or internship in FMCG/Manufacturing is preferred.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to learn and work in a Production environment.
• Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented.
