What would you do? • • Perform end to end processing of monetary and non monetary transactions based on scanned forms and system generated requests, ensuring 100 accuracy and adherence to turnaround timelines. • • Be flexible to work in US business hours shifts ONLY based on operational • • Execute transactional activities such as account creation, account maintenance, fund movements, rollovers, and transfers as per client instructions • • Review and validate client-submitted forms (scanned image-based) to determine IGO NIGO status, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance before processing. • • Demonstrate strong working knowledge of rollover in, transfer, and enrollment request processing, with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve exceptions. • • Ensure strict compliance with data confidentiality and non disclosure requirements • Covers the full range of services needed throughout a plans life, including plan development & enhancement, sales & marketing, plan sponsor institutional client onboarding management, participant enrollment management, sponsor and member servicing & reporting. • Their products consist of individual retirement accounts (Roth IRA), college savings accounts, guaranteed investment contracts, fixed & variable deferred annuities (qualified & non qualified), as well as corporate retirement funds.
What are we looking for? • 1. Any Bachelors degree • 2. Experience in the US retirement industry mandatory • 3. Open to working in US shifts based on business requirements • 4. Good verbal and written communication skills • 5. Good typing skills and attention to detail. • 6. Good time management skills • 7. Ability to work independently • Online Transaction Processing (OLTP) - P1
