Overhead Door Company of Kansas City™, a DH Pace Company, Inc., is hiring a full-time Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Olathe, Kansas!

What You'll Do
- Communicate with existing and potential national customers to identify sales opportunities, resolve issues, and provide consultative sales support
- Build and maintain customer relationships by identifying additional product and service opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate customer information and activity records in the company's CRM system
- Follow up with customers and prospects to move sales opportunities forward and close business
- Prepare, detail, and submit accurate, competitive sales proposals
- Work toward assigned sales targets and performance goals
- Support sales projects, initiatives, and other team priorities
- Stay current on sales strategies, tools, technologies, and product knowledge
- Collaborate with team members across the office and region to support customer needs
- Complete projects on time and within budget
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
What You Bring
- Minimum of two years of sales experience, preferably in inside sales or another customer-facing role
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent attention to detail and comfort working with numbers
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and CRM systems
- Experience with ERP systems or data management tools is a plus
- Strong analytical, assessment, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Outgoing personality with the ability to connect with customers and understand their needs
- Professional demeanor and the ability to collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and other departments
- Self-motivated, reliable, goal-oriented, and committed to achieving results
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus
- Experience supporting field service operations is a plus
