What will you do at Arrow?
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting activities.
• Engage with end users and partners to generate demand and drive sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while achieving revenue targets.
• Support customers and partners with quotes, pricing, and product information.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and daily CRM updates.
• Follow sales processes and partner engagement frameworks.
• Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and vendors to support business growth and resolve commercial issues.
The profile we are looking for:
• Previous experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or a customer-facing sales role.
• Hunter mindset with a passion for developing new business opportunities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.
• Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce or equivalent).
• Fluent English communication skills.
