As a Community Associate, you will support the execution of ALX Morocco’s community strategy across both learners and alumni.

As an Entrepreneurship Development Junior Specialist, you will support the Entrepreneurship Development Manager (EDM) in executing and scaling ALX Ventures programs in Morocco.
You will operate as a strong individual contributor, translating program objectives into structured execution plans, coordinating program activities, and driving participant acquisition across Founder Academy and Freelance Academy.
This role combines program delivery and growth. You will contribute to ensuring high-quality program execution while actively identifying and implementing strategies to increase participation through marketing, communication, and ecosystem engagement.

CAPFI, cabinet de conseil en recrutement spécialisé dans les métiers data et transformation digitale, recherche pour l’un de ses clients un(e) Data Scientist en CDI. Notre client est un acteur majeur du secteur de la micro-finance, de l’inclusion financière et de la recherche appliquée, engagé dans le développement de solutions innovantes pour accompagner les micro-entrepreneurs et les très petites entreprises vers une intégration économique durable.
En tant que Data Scientist, vous exploiterez les données de l’organisation pour concevoir des modèles analytiques et prédictifs afin d’anticiper les tendances, optimiser les processus et accompagner la prise de décision stratégique.
Collecter, nettoyer et structurer des données volumineuses et hétérogènes
Développer des modèles statistiques et des algorithmes de machine learning
Mettre en place des modèles prédictifs et prescriptifs
Tester, valider et optimiser les performances des modèles
Collaborer avec les équipes IT pour le déploiement en production
Documenter les modèles et assurer leur maintenabilité
Identifier des patterns, corrélations et insights cachés
Traduire les résultats analytiques en recommandations business concrètes
Concevoir des visualisations avancées pour faciliter la compréhension des résultats
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes métiers (marketing, finance, opérations, risques…)
Participer à la définition de cas d’usage data à fort impact
Former et accompagner les équipes sur l’exploitation des modèles
Assurer une veille sur les nouvelles technologies data, IA et machine learning
Proposer des solutions innovantes pour améliorer la performance et l’impact de l’organisation
🎓 Formation
Bac+5 en Data Science, Statistiques, Mathématiques, Informatique, IA ou équivalent
📌 Expérience
Minimum 3 ans sur un poste similaire
💻 Compétences techniques
Maîtrise des langages : Python, R, SQL
Frameworks ML : Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost
Connaissance des bases de données SQL & NoSQL
Expérience avec environnements Big Data (Spark, Hadoop)
Outils de visualisation : Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, Seaborn
Solides notions de méthodes statistiques avancées

Collecter, analyser et interpréter les données pour fournir des insights pertinents et soutenir la prise de décision stratégique et opérationnelle.
Collecter des données internes et externes pertinentes pour les équipes
Garantir la qualité, l’intégrité et la cohérence des données
Intégrer et consolider des sources variées (ERP, CRM, fichiers Excel, bases SQL…)
Identifier tendances, anomalies et opportunités à partir des données
Élaborer modèles statistiques et rapports analytiques
Fournir des recommandations pour améliorer la performance de l’organisation
Créer et maintenir des dashboards interactifs (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik…)
Produire des rapports réguliers pour la direction et les équipes métiers

Dans le cadre de son développement, Capfi recrute pour le compte de l’un de ses clients, un acteur de référence dans le conseil, un Consultant Data & Intelligence Artificielle.
Encadré(e) par un Manager, vous participerez à la délivrance de projets innovants autour de la data et de l’intelligence artificielle, en contribuant à la conception et à la mise en œuvre de solutions permettant à nos clients de valoriser leurs données, optimiser leurs processus et améliorer leur expérience client.
Collaborer étroitement avec les clients pour comprendre leurs besoins en matière de données et d’intelligence artificielle.
Assurer le delivery des projets Data/IA, en veillant à la qualité et à la pertinence des livrables.
Identifier et cadrer les cas d’usage : évaluer leur éligibilité, définir les hypothèses de données, estimer le ROI et mesurer les impacts sur les processus et les systèmes d’information.
Encadrer un consultant junior Data & IA et l’accompagner dans la réalisation de ses missions.
Définir les scénarios d’implémentation des solutions retenues en prenant en compte les dimensions organisationnelles, technologiques et processus du client.
Déployer des solutions d’IA et gérer leur intégration avec les systèmes existants.
Assurer une veille technologique continue sur les dernières avancées en intelligence artificielle afin de proposer des approches toujours plus innovantes.
Contribuer à l’acculturation IA des équipes internes et des clients, en vulgarisant les concepts et en facilitant l’adoption des nouvelles technologies.
Diplômé(e) d’une grande école d’ingénieurs ou titulaire d’un Master spécialisé en Intelligence Artificielle ou Big Data.
Expérience de 5 ans minimum dans le conseil en data/IA ou en gestion de projets Data/IA.
Solides compétences en statistiques, data science, machine learning et deep learning.
Bonne maîtrise et compréhension des enjeux de l’IA et de la valorisation de la donnée.
Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral.
Maîtrise du langage Python.
Connaissance ou initiation au project management / product management.
Compétences souhaitées en Power BI et Microsoft Azure.
Excellente capacité de résolution de problèmes : analyse, structuration, synthèse et formulation de recommandations.
Esprit d’innovation et capacité à trouver des solutions créatives pour intégrer l’IA dans les processus et livrables.
Aptitude à rechercher, tester et présenter des solutions dans une démarche projet.
Capacité à vulgariser des sujets techniques et à les rendre accessibles à un public non expert.
