Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative – Dublin Based to join our ever-evolving Irish Sales team, working closely with our Partnerships team to support a key banking relationship and help shape the future of global commerce.

What you’ll own   

• Engage with prospective customers to understand their business needs and identify suitable payment solutions.
• Manage outbound sales activity, qualifying leads and progressing opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Support the Banking partnership by managing referred leads, ensuring timely follow-up and delivering consistent, professional experience for partner-referred customers.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver smooth and professional sales experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity and next steps using the relevant CRM and reporting tools.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across Sales, Partnerships and Operations to support revenue growth and excellent client outcomes.

What you’ll bring  

• Previous experience in a sales, telesales, customer service or target-driven commercial role.
• Strong communication skills, with the confidence to engage customers by phone and email in a clear, professional and client-focused way.
• A proactive approach to identifying opportunities, qualifying leads and following through on agreed next steps.
• Good attention to detail, with the ability to keep accurate records and manage multiple customer conversations at pace.
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with colleagues across Sales, Partnerships and Operations to deliver great client outcomes.

It’s a bonus if you have  

• Experience working in payments, financial services, banking or a similar regulated environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, sales pipelines or lead management processes.
• A curious, client-focused mindset with the confidence to ask good questions, listen carefully and identify where we can add value.
