As a business application consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications. You will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.

  Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Scrum Master 

 

Responsibilities: 

 

• Deep knowledge and experience with agile ways of working 

• Mandatory, Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) or Professional Scrum Master 

• Good to have agile delivery experience with Microsoft products (e.g. Dynamics) and data transformation would be helpful 

• Individual skills 

• Confident and skilled at identifying and navigating through roadblocks / impediments 

• Unafraid to “go to bat”  for the team 

• Takes ownership of POD and ensure timely and quality deliverables are released aligned to the stakeholder expectations 

• Communicates openly and effectively, resolving and managing conflicts while maintaining a positive environment. 

• Demonstrates leadership traits such as integrity, emotional intelligence, and the ability to adapt to change. 

• Inspires and motivates others, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. 

• Exhibits creative problem-solving skills, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation
