What you’ll do:

• Develop and implement tailored people and change strategies that drive successful transformation

• Lead the delivery and execution of people-led transformational change, including a focus on leadership, culture and capability

• Engage and align with senior stakeholders to ensure the success of transformational change

• Cultivate a people-centric culture through leadership alignment and employee experience initiatives

• Support organisations in uplifting capability across all levels of the workforce

• Work with organisations to identify and manage the workforce and change implications of their AI journey

What we’re looking for:

• Extensive experience in change management – centred on technology, operating model and culture change - involving strategy, design, and planning within diverse sectors

• Strong skills in developing and leading programs that enhance leadership and team capabilities in organisations transforming around AI, risk, productivity and simplification

• An understanding of and ability to present a perspective on key workforce trends and help organisations develop people strategies to transform

• Proven ability to engage with and command credibility from senior executives

• Flexible problem-solving abilities with a knack for navigating organisational complexity

• Experience working in professional services environments (or similar) and balancing client commitments, team contribution and business development
